The warehouse complex of the Export-Import Company LLC was built in 1987 to handle export and import cargo of the USSR consumer cooperative society. The site for the construction of the complex was chosen due to the convenient location of Odesa as a maritime transportation corridor. The warehouse complex is located in the western part of the city, in close proximity to Odesa-Zakhidna railway station. The railway line of the Ilyichevsk-Varna Poti ferry crossing runs next to the complex. The distance to the ferry crossing is 6 km, to the seaport of Illichivsk - 20 km, to the Odesa seaport - 15 km, to the Odesa airport - 4 km. Over the past 10 years, the warehouse complex has been completely reconstructed, with warehouse space corresponding to Class A, B, B+.

Today, the warehouse complex of EIC LLC is a modern logistics services terminal with a total area of more than 20 thousand square meters. On the territory of the complex situated an office building, a railway line in a covered warehouse with a ramp that allows unloading up to 8 railway cars at a time, round-the-clock physical security with recording video surveillance, and access control. The uninterrupted operation of the of the complex is ensured by power supply from two independent and its own pumping station.
